If you are trying to connect a device to the buildings WiFi service but are unable to bring up the login screen, please send us an email with the MAC address of the device you are trying to connect and we can add it to your account. That way your device will be automatically logged in.


Here is how to get the MAC address for many popular devices:


Xbox 360

1. Go to My Xbox in the Xbox Dashboard and select System Settings.

2. Click Network Settings, Configure Network. 

3. Select Advanced Settings from the Additional Settings tab, then select Alternate Mac Address. 

4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wired MAC. 


Xbox One

1. Go to My Xbox in the Xbox Dashboard and select Settings.

2. In the Settings pane, select Network. 

3. Select Advanced Settings from the Network Settings tab. 

4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wireless MAC. 


Apple TV

1. With your Apple TV remote, navigate to the Settings icon and select it.

2. From the Settings menu, select General. 

3. Under General, select Network. 

5. Your MAC address will be next to "Wi-Fi Address"


PS3

1. Start up your PlayStation 3 without a disk in the drive.

2. Find the System Settings icon and select the X. 

3. Click System Information and press the X.  

4. Your Mac Address will display.


PS4

1. Start up your PlayStation 4 without a disk in the drive.

2. Find the System Settings icon and select the X. 

3. Click System Information and press the X.  

4. Your Mac Address will display.


Nintendo Wii

1. Start your Wii, without a disc.

2. Click the Wii button at the bottom of the start screen. 

3. Click Wii Settings.
